Awardee: Millis Development and Construction - $1,509,422.57 construction of improvements including a parking lot, sidewalks, pool decking, site furniture, drainage, shade structures, site lighting, irrigation, planting, fine grading, hydromulch and sod. A Cashier's Check or Bidder's Bond Payable to Harris County M.U.D. No. 559 in the amount of not less than two percent (2%) of the bid submitted, outlined in the Contract Documents, must accompany the Bid. Bidders must have at least five years of confirmed experience on comparable size projects of a similar scope in the Houston Area. The successful bidder receiving contract award must furnish Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) each of the total Contract price. Each such bond shall be executed by a corporate surety duly authorized to do business in the State of Texas.
