The publication of this notice does not commit the Company to launch a call for tenders or to award contracts. Responding to this call for interest is not a prerequisite for submitting a bid or entering into a contract under the project. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF NEEDS The Company is currently in the preliminary and rigorous analysis of its needs relating to the conclusion of a contract or performance-on-demand contracts aimed at carrying out construction work - plumbing. Our forecast needs are planned for a maximum period of 36 months. The regions concerned are as follows: MRC Kamouraska - 2 buildings; MRC of Rivière-du-Loup - 3 buildings; MRC de Témiscouata - 2 buildings; RCM of Rimouski-Neigette - 4 buildings; MRC de La Mitis - 1 building; MRC de La Matanie - 3 buildings; MRC de La Matapédia/MRC d'Avignon - 4 buildings; MRC de Bonaventure - 5 buildings; MRC du Rocher-Percé/MRC de La Côté-de-Gaspé - 8 buildings; MRC de La Haute-Gaspésie - 3 buildings; Iles-de-la-Madeleine maritime community - 3 buildings. Specifics relating to the contract : The Company's needs are aimed at carrying out one-off curative-type work in the Construction - plumbing specialty, including, but not limited to, all repairs that must be carried out in order to put an end to a critical problem or those which are essential for the proper functioning of the building and the comfort of the occupants (non-critical). The work to be performed will be determined according to the needs expressed by the Company, by proceeding by request, in the form of a work order.This work may in particular concern the plumbing systems, including the piping and all the accessories used for drainage or dripping, for the back-ventilation of siphons, for the supply of hot or cold water or for the gas supply and related works. Conditions : Interested companies must meet the following conditions in particular: 1- have, in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, an establishment where he carries out his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in his name and accessible during normal office hours; 2- have the required qualifications and hold the licenses required under the Building Act (CQLR, chapter B-1.1); 3- respect the required conditions of security and integrity (security clearance). 4- hold a certificate issued by the Agence du Revenu du Québec for contracts of $25,000 or more. 5- must not be registered in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA) or, if it is registered there, its period of ineligibility for public contracts must have ended. OBJECTIVES OF THE CALL FOR INTEREST Under the Act respecting contracting by public bodies ( hereinafter: LCOP) , the Company may enter into its plumbing contract or performance -on-demand contracts by mutual agreement or following a public call for tenders. or by invitation. The Company must ensure in its process for awarding a contract that it respects the principles of the LCOP. Given the regions targeted, the Company wishes to analyze the market in order to know the number of competitors interested in entering into a work-to-order contract in construction - plumbing. Thus, to be transparent in its contractual process and to deal fairly with all potential competitors, the Company is issuing this notice of call for interest. Any company deeming that it is able to meet the requirements identified in this notice may , at the latest before the deadline for expressing its interest, inform the Company by completing the attached form. The responses received will be taken into consideration in the contractual strategy that the Company intends to use to conclude the contract(s) . Consequently, the participation of companies in this notice of call for interest is strongly suggested in order to ensure that the orientations taken by the Company allow compliance with the principles of the LCOP.
