Demolition, site work and addition to a fire / police facility in Cadillac, Michigan. Working plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Bids we received were very high for 432 sq ft addition. Estimates of this project were about $100-150 per sg foot. So $35-65,000 was estimated cost. Cherry Grove is requesting bids to put an addition on fire station for sleeping quarters. Occupancy before November 15, 2022. Bids must be submitted with proof of insurance. Cherry Grove requests that the contractor include in the bid an option of redoing entire asphalt shingled roof. Quote Steel or shingles. Cherry Grove Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or errors in the bidding process, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the township, including bids that are not for the lowest amount.
