The Pennyrile Regional Energy Agency (PREA) is accepting Statements of Qualifications for feasibility studies, preliminary engineering reports, system design, bidding assistance, resident construction observation, and construction administration services to be performed for the Pennyrile Regional Natural Gas System Project. The project is expected to include construction of one or more natural gas pipeline and/or distribution systems in multiple counties in western Kentucky. It is anticipated that PREA will submit applications to, and the project may be funded in part but not limited to the following funding sources: Economic Development Administration (EDA), Kentucky Infrastructure Authority (KIA), USDA Rural Development, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Kentucky 2022 HB1 grant, and/or other federal, state and local funds Questions concerning this Request for Qualifications should be addressed to Pennyrile Regional Energy Agency, Attn: Eston Glover, c/o Amy Frogue, 300 Hammond Drive, Hopkinsville, KY 42240, phone (270) 886- 9484, email amy.frogue@ky.gov.
