Sealed bids will be received by the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board (OERB) for: Project Name: Decker B. Project Number: X119 County: Seminole Project Name: Joint Red Trust 12 Project Number: T238 County: Seminole Work on this project includes removing and disposing of the flowlines, gravel, concrete, anchors, and debris, closing the pits, removing the lease roads and location pads, dispersing weathered hydro- carbons, excavating and land applying hydrocarbons, constructing ponds and diversion terraces, grading the designated areas, and planting the areas disturbed during the course of work. The estimated cost is over $50,000. The OERB is no longer sending hard copies of the scopes of work or bid forms. Directions to the site are included in the Bid Documents. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form included in the Bid Documents and in strict compliance with instructions on the form. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the OERB office, 500 NE 4th Street, Suite 100, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, immediately following the closing time stated above. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. If the bid exceeds $50,000.00, a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each bidder. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded.
