Bids received from Contractors utilizing any other Bidding Document source will be returned unopened. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of bidderÕs maximum bid price and in the form of a certified check, cashierÕs check or a bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to obtain a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
