Front St, Wilmington, NC, North Campus, 4500 Blue Clay Road, Castle Hayne, NC, and Surf City center, 621 NC Hwy 210, Hampstead, NC. Contractors may bid on the repaving scope only, the asphalt sealing scope, or both. CFCC reserves the right to award each portion separately. See specifications and bid form for details.
