This project has been awarded to LW Sundstrom Inc The work at Soundview7 Terrace, 26th & Lynn St. PG. and Cal Anderson Play Areas consists of, but is not limited to: Temporary erosion and sedimentation control; removal of existing play area equipment including footings, some play area curb, concrete, and play area surfacing, etc., excavation and preparation ofsubgrades and soils: protection and modification of existing drainage system; installation of play area concrete curb / concrete paving I ramp if applicable, installation of new play equipment provided by Owner; installation of play area safety surfacing such as engineer wood fiber, playground grass, pour-inplace rubber safety surfacing system indicated on plans; installation ofsite furnishings, landscape boulders if applicable; restoration of disturbed site.
