Wage and Hour Compliance Acknowledgement. 6. Plan and Equipment Questionnaire. 7. Business Registration Certificate, including all sub-contractors. 8. Each bid must be signed in ink by an authorized representative of the company, and be delivered at the place and on the hour named above. If mailed, the sealed bid envelope must be within an outer mailing envelope, and be received at the office of the Purchasing Agent, prior to the hour named above. The Board of Chosen Freeholders, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities and to award the contract to the bidder whose proposal is best suited to the County's requirements. Any bid obviously unbalanced may be rejected.
