This Event is issued by the State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY") to solicit quote to Provide to the State University of New York all labor, equipment, materials, associated supplies and Services necessary in accordance with the bid specifications and Terms and Conditions for all Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry Repairs and Maintenance hence forth referred to as a building maintenance contract, to include, but not limited to Emergency repair services as described in the scope of work on a time and materials basis. Located on the campus of the Calverton Incubator, managed by the State University of New York at Stony Brook. New York 1 1794, as herein described delivered FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook 22/23-062MC and Exhibits. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 23.3% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 6.7% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: Three (3) years If applicable, Bidder's are responsible to measure and verify all dimensions at the time of the site visit and advise SUNY of any discrepancies to specifications provided by SUNY prior to bid submittal.
