Renovation of a fire / police facility in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Project will involve the replacement of three (3) split system air handling units in the fan room spaces and replacement of the associated roof mounted condensing units. We anticipate the larger of the air handling units will be replaced with a packaged rooftop unit, similar to what was done previously in the opposite fan room, in order to improve service clearances to the air handler in the fan room.
