Window and Sashes Furnish and Install. All bids must be made on DEPT. OF SHARED SERVICES bidding sheets only, subject to all County terms, conditions The purpose of this formal sealed bid is to establish a price structure on which to purchase at once windows and sashes to be furnished and install at the Theodore Roosevelt Building. Please reference the formal sealed bid number and title in all correspondence. The purpose of this contract is to establish a price structure to install Windows and sashes at the Theodore Roosevelt Executive Building The award winning vendor will supply all labor, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment to complete the project. The award winning vendor will remove all debris and return the work area to a safe and aesthetically acceptable condition at the end of each day of the project and when the project is finished. All waste removal including hazardous materials and liquids removed during the course of this project must be done in compliance with all local, state and federal laws. A county representative must sign off upon completion of work
