Colonial School District has determined that the subject project is critical to the safe operations of the District and will be subject to all applicable health and safety orders and guidance issued by any governmental agency or entity having jurisdiction, including without limitation the Governor of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Department of Health, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention Work will be bid as the following Prime Contracts: Contract No. 1 General Construction A separate bank check is required for the additional fee. No additional fee will be required for UPS or Federal Express delivery of documents if Bidder provides a valid account number for delivery service. Documents will not be released until fees are received at the Architect offices in cash or bank check An additional non-refundable fee of twenty-five-dollars ($25) will be required for each set of Bidding Documents on CD in .PDF electronic format, if the documents are to be mailed to the bidder. Each Bid must be accompanied by a copy of a Certified Check, money order or cashier good faith check payable to the order of Colonial School District, or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security. Upon acceptance of bid, the bidder will be required to provide the Certified Check, money order or cashier good faith check to the District Business office. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. The right to waive any informality in any Bid, to reject any or all Bids or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved.
