**Estimated construction budget ranges between $23,000,000 to $25,000,000. WEB Water Development Association Aberdeen, South Dakota WEB Water Development Association (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: WEB Water Treatment Plant Improvements - 2022 The Project includes the following Work: o A new raw water metering vault and one 1.5 MG raw water regulating tank; o Expansion of the existing treatment facilities to approximately 17-MGD by adding an additional train of equipment. The additional train will be sized to 6 MGD; o Rehabilitation of the existing filters from 1984 and 1987 including new underdrain, media, and air scour system; o A new 500,000-gallon clearwell that will mirror the existing underground storage; o Replace two original high service pumps and add a fifth new high service pump; o A new 150,000-gallon washwater recovery basin; o All mechanical, electrical and control equipment necessary to provide a fully functioning facility; o Temporary and permanent erosion control, fencing, reclamation and seeding; o Traffic control during construction; and o Clean-up and start-up services, and all other miscellaneous work required but not herein mentioned but inferred from the construction Contract Documents.
