The Corporation of the Town of Aylmer wishes to retain a consultant with experience in professional engineering, design, contract administration and plan review. Services rendered will be: review of engineered drawings related to planning applications, to include plans of sub-division, plans of condominium and site plan. Design work may be assigned for road, sanitary storm sewer and streetscape projects that are approved in Council's Capital Budget and are estimated to be under $250,000 in total project costs may be directly assigned to the consultant. Firm expertise must include evaluation of grading, urban road sections, watermain, sanitary, storm sewers, and streetscaping. Firm capabilities shall include assisting the Town's Planner in providing development expertise for development applications subject to Planning Act approvals. The Town is seeking a consultant with a high level of expertise and who is able to efficiently and effectively provide support while managing the risks to the Town.
