CONTRACT: D3POC0145 WBS ELEMENT: Various F.A. # Federal Provisions TIP# N/A COUNTY: Brunswick, Duplin, New Hanover, Onslow, Pender, and Sampson Counties. ROUTE: I-85 from Lane Street, SR 2160 (Exit 63) to US 29/601 Connector (Exit 68) DESCRIPTION: Landscaping The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the On-Call Traffic Control *Federal Work Only*. All quantities are estimates only. The Contractor MUST furnish labor, equipment, and traffic control. The completion date is October 5, 2023. The Department of Transportation does not exclude any person from participation in, deny any person benefits of, or otherwise discriminate against anyone in connection with the award and performance of any contract covered by this program on the basis of race, color, sex, political affiliation/influence, or national origin. All prospective bidders shall be prequalified with the department of transportation prior to submitting a bid. Contractors who are not prequalified may obtain information and forms for prequalifying from the contractual services unit, division of highways, department of transportation, 1509 mail service center, raleigh, n. C. All required prequalification statements and documents shall be filed with the contractual services unit at least four weeks prior to the date of opening bids. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids. Statements of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises participation must be presented with the bids. The DBE goal is 0% for this contract.
