(1) Earthwork and Shoring (2) Removal of Existing Main(s) and Vaults (3) Construction of New Utility Vault (4) Re-connection from Existing Main(s) to Surge Tower (5) Installation of Circulation Line from Surge Tower to Clearwells (6) Incidental Painting and Restoration of Surge Tower (7) Activation of New Main and Appurtenances, Chlorination and Testing (8) Connection to Hefners SCADA System (9) Site Grading (10) Restoration and Cleanup (11) Provide As-Built Plans with GPS As Built Survey OCWUT WT-0246, Hefner Surge System Operational Enhancements, Hefner Water Treatment Plant PreQual Class Water Facilities Contractor B Q & A deadline: Aug 16, 2022 8:00:00 AM CDT Bidders must be prequalified, on the Bid Date and Bid Time, by the Prequalification Review Board, established by Oklahoma City Municipal Code Section 13-401, Oklahoma City Ordinance No. 26,614 (2020), for the class(es) and subclass(es) of work required in the Bidding Documents. Bidders are responsible for obtaining the necessary equipment and software to attend this mandatory Pre-Bid Conference via Teams. Attendance at this mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is also a prequalification requirement. Additional information is contained in the Bidding Documents.
