Site work for a water / sewer project in Medina, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 200 SQ YD BITUMINOUS PAVEMENT 55 SQ YD 8" CONCRETE SLAB 115 LIN FT 8" PVC PIPE SEWER 915 LIN FT 6" PVC FORCEMAIN (DIRECTIONAL DRILLED) 425 LIN FT 6" PVC FORCEMAIN (OPEN CUT) 1 LUMP SUM SANITARY LIFT STATION 1 LUMP SUM TRAFFIC CONTROL Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Direct questions about this Project to Jim Stremel at jstremel@wsbeng.com. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Medina shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days
