The City of Irvine (hereinafter referred to as the "City") is requesting proposals to establish a contract for Landscape Design and Planning Services for Great Park Phase 1, with work to commence on or about October 2022 and be completed on December 2023. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Scope of Services in accordance with ATTACHMENT I, attached hereto. The City seeks a firm licensed in the State of California to perform schematic landscape architectural design, as specified in ATTACHMENT I, for (5) five separate but related project elements that constitute Phase 1 of the Great Park Framework Plan Map.
