Site work, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Joint Base Pearl Hbr Hickam, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
This Government Design-Bid-Build Task Order includes removal and disposal of existing UPS3 draw out switchgear and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS3) from UPS3 Electrical Room located in Building 5 (B5). Furnish and install new UPS3 draw out switchgear, pull boxes, conduit, conductors and appurtenances to make a complete and functional system. The project duration is TBD to be after award. The project is Prevailing Wage. Government is requiring contractors to hold price till 12/31/22. Trades required: Temporary Facilities (Office & Storage Trailer, Portable Restrooms, Fencing), Demolition, Concrete, Rebar, Mechanical & Electrical. *Amendment #1 has been issued for this project. Highlights from this amendment are: Period of Performance Extended to 951 days. RFI Responses. *Site Visit Photos have been released.
