Reference number : 1630235 Review Title : Snow removal and winter maintenance of the road network Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-08-18 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Sainte-Sabine requires tenders for: Snow removal and winter maintenance of the Municipality's road network for a period of three (3) years. File: 22-002 Tenderers must obtain the tender documents from the electronic tender website as of August 3, 2022. To be considered, any bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount submitted, including taxes, for the 2022-2023 season. This contract is subject to the ACCQO (Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario), the AQNB (Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick) and ALEC (Accord de Canadian free trade). The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
