Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for the construction of a three-unit residential development; for the renovation of a two-unit residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The City of Grenada is soliciting bids for five (5) homeowner housing units, three (3) that will be demolished and rebuilt, and two (2) units that will be rehabilitated with the city's HOME rehab grant program Bidders shall submit a bid for the cost of construction. Bidders must comply with Section 3 of the HUD ACT of 1968, the Anti Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the Presidents Executive Order No. 11246.
