The Contractor shall supply, throughout the entire Period of Contract all labour, parts, equipment, and tools, and furnish all other services and expenses necessary to carry out the maintenance and servicing of the elevators. Bidders must download this document, complete the required fields in the Part E: Form of Tender, and attach it to their electronic Bid. Electronic Bids submitted without the Form of Tender found in Part E and associated Price Schedules will not be accepted and will be deemed non-compliant. Bids must be signed by an authorized official of the Bidder. Should there be a discrepancy between the wording contained in this RFT and any issued Addenda and the wording contained in the MERX online system, the wording contained in this RFT and issued Addenda shall prevail. Should there be a discrepancy between the information provided by the Bidder in the RFT and in the electronic fields in the MERX online system, the information provided by the Bidder in the RFT shall prevail. Bidders shall further ensure that all sections of the Form of Tender including the associated Price Schedules are fully and accurately completed. Bids which omit unit costs in a Price Schedule may be deemed non-compliant and removed from further consideration. Under no circumstances will a Bidder be permitted to revise its Bid after the Tender Closing Date; Transfer the Total Tender Price from Summary of Schedules Price Schedules to the MERX Tendering System; Unofficial bid results shall be published by MERX as soon as possible after that time.
