Site work for a water / sewer project in Royse City, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be received by DR Horton - Texas Ltd. On behalf of Poetry Road Municipal Utility District for the construction of the Blackland WSC Water line Improvements. Project will include, but not limited to the following: 230 LF of 1" Poly service line. 20 LF of 8" C900 PVC water line. 16,060 LF of 12" C900 PVC water line. 1,000 LF of 12" Certa-Lok DR-18 Class 235 psi PVC waterline. Bid Security, Performance and Payment Bonds shall be as set forth in the INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS. The DR Horton - Texas Ltd. On behalf of Poetry Road MUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual bid opening date.
