Renovation of an educational facility in Polk City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

1. Furnish hoist and rigging. 2. Furnish required mechanical permits. 3. Isolate chiller and drain. 4. Disconnect and dispose of (1) failed Carrier 80-ton chiller. 5. Furnish and install (1) Daikin nominal 80-ton chiller in standard efficiency. Equipment to include single point power with disconnect switch, compressor isolation circuit breakers, low ambient to 32F, replaceable core filter dryers with discharge & liquid line service valves, hot gas bypass, condenser coil louver and base frame grill guards, phase monitor with over under voltage protection, BACnet MS/TP interface and additional 4 years compressor warranty. Compressor warranty total 5 years. 6. Furnish alterations locally at the chiller to retrofit chilled water piping and electrical connections to replacement chiller. Additional .063 strainer will be installed to protect plate and frame heat exchanger in replacement chiller. 7. Furnish pipe insulation work on all altered exterior chilled water piping. 8. Flood chilled water piping and perform start up. Any chemical or Glycol needed will be provided by the owner. 9. Supply any changes in the electrical to complete the install. 10. Supply what it takes to tearout and dispose of existing chiller and replace with the new chiller. Provide factory startup service and owner training on new chiller. 11. All control wiring for demolition and new installation will be by others. Any control programing changes will be by others.
