Renovation of a detention facility in Pelham, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Project No: 1MJK23003.000 Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Autry State Prison Fire Alarm Replacement in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. The scope shall include replacing the current fire alarm and sprinkler system with an addressable fire alarm system, to include replacement of all detectors, fire alarm panels and annunciators. System will monitor hood systems and activate as required by code. System will monitor and control HVAC systems / exhaust fans as required by code. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents. Additional information on this process and a link to the project site is provided below in the Invitation to Bid document and the e-Builder Registration & Bid Submittal User Guide. Questions. Questions regarding the bidding documents, the bidding process, e-Builder, and all other questions should be submitted in e-Builder. No questions other than those submitted in writing will be accepted, and only written responses will be binding upon GSFIC.
