Work of the Project consists of: Providing signalization at the intersection of Silver Street and Washington Avenue, pedestrian facility improvements, striping improvements, lighting improvements, and ramp closure at Silver Street and North Memorial Way When requested, the successful Bidder shall present satisfactory evidence that Bidder has regularly engaged in furnishing products and performing construction work as proposed, and has the capital, labor, equipment, and material to execute the Work required by Contract Documents. The Work for all phases shall be performed within eighty (80) calendar days from the date established in the Notice to Proceed. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner Bidders shall examine the Project site before submitting a Bid, become familiar with local conditions under which the Work will be performed, conduct appropriate explorations, and correlate personal observations with requirements of the Bid Documents.
