Project Location. Work is located on White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico in Sierra County. Project is approximately 55 miles north of the main cantonment. RR6 Section 6 starts at the intersection of RR7/RR6. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, Texas is issuing a construction solicitation W911SG-22-B-0009, in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. General Information: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, performance/payment bonds and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. The project consists of repairing 6.06 miles at Range Road 6 Section 6 at WSMR, NM. Procurement will be solicited as one hundred percent (100%) Total Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 210 calendar days after contract award has been issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310 (Size Standard $39.5 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
