The specifications and the tender form can be consulted or obtained from the Office of the Electronic Tendering System , from Thursday August 4, 2022 , according to the methods and costs indicated on the site of the Organization Tenders must comply with the instructions in the tender documents. The City of Lorraine undertakes to accept neither the lowest nor any of the tenders received, and this, without obligation of any kind towards the tenderers.
