These modifications will consist of lowering the floor of basin 11 by 18 feet, installing plastic liners on slopes similar to existing basins, and providing two feet of new sand fill to the new bottom of the basin. A complete quote for excavation of this basin on a Time and Materials Not To Exceed (T&M NTE) is requested including any engineering or surveying support required. Design-build joint ventures are welcome to submit proposals. The current request for proposals selection schedule is as follows:
