The Northern California Power Agency (NCPA or Agency) is soliciting proposals for a Classification and Total Compensation Study to assist with maintaining a competitive and equitable classification and total compensation system for benchmarked unrepresented jobs when considered in relation to each other (internally) and when compared to the external labor market. The Agency's objective is to select a consulting firm that demonstrates a strong record of experience in performing Total Compensation studies for similar types of entities. The Agency wishes to conduct a Total Compensation Study, including all cash compensation and benefits. Below is a sample list of jobs that have been submitted for possible inclusion in the benchmark survey (approximately 12 job titles will be included), subject to further review. Each of these jobs has an associated job description, and all are non-union positions. Questions or comments must be received by Agency no later than 5:00 p.m. PST, Friday, August 12, 2022. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
