This contract provides for the installation of approximately 581 linear feet of 10-inch sewer 35 of concrete encasement 4 sanitary manholes; tie into existing sewers decommissioning of one pump station (Monticello Place) and appurtenant work. The project is generally located between Rivanna Drive and Jo Court. All work shall be done in accordance to MSDs Standard Specifications. The Engineers Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $150,000.00 and $350,000.00. The Project Manager for this Invitation to Bid is Quinn Corcoran.
