The shade trellis structure replacement projects generally consist of, but are not limited to, all engineering services and work necessary to completely remove and replace the existing wooden shade trellis structures with new PVC shade trellis structures at various District recreational pool areas/locations. Work on this project shall include, but is not limited to the strategic demolition, removal, disposal, inspection, and complete replacement of the existing shade trellis structures at various District recreation pool area locations noted herein. This work also includes all engineering services, materials and work needed to complete and restore all tie-in locations to existing footings, walls, columns/pilasters and adjacent structures. Supplier shall furnish, install, inspect, certify and warrant new PVC Shade Trellis Structures and any other relative components at each location; including all work needed to prepare and completely restore all (column/pilaster) tie-in locations, structural foundations and pool deck areas. Supplier shall be responsible for field verifying all dimensions and for performing all (new) civil, structural and architectural construction needed to replace/construct the new trellis structures per the engineered construction drawings (plans) and specifications. This also includes any necessary engineering and upgrades to the structural columns and/or beam supports for each shade pavilion, to provide and install matching PVC Column Wraps.
