The City of Billings is requesting proposals for Cottonwood park master plan, for the Parks, Recreation and Public Lands (PRPL) Department, Billings, Montana. More specific additional information regarding the Cottonwood park master plan can be obtained by contacting Mark Jarvis, Park Planner, via telephone at (406) 657-8367 or email at jarvism@billingsmt.gov. Proposers may withdraw their proposal by written request at any time prior to the due date set for receiving proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn or modified after the due date and time, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days.
