The Village of Mantua is requesting qualifications from a professional firm to provide general engineering, architectural and planning services. Professional services may include, but are not limited to: planning and funding, storm sewer collection, roadway and traffic improvements, environmental services, parks, municipal building(s), general consulting and technical advice, private development plan reviews, planning and zoning support, survey, preliminary studies, preparation of plans and specifications, grant application assistance, construction administration and construction supervision, and any other relevant projects or services as deemed necessary by the Village. Statement of Qualifications received after this deadline will not be considered. Statement of Qualifications should include at a minimum the following: information regarding the firm s history; education and experience of owners and key technical personnel; the technical expertise of the firm s current staff; the firm s experience in performing engineering studies, design, construction administration and construction observation; availability of staff; the firm s equipment and facilities; references; and any previous work performed for the Village of Mantua. As required by O.R.C. 153.65-.71, responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of qualification. Following this evaluation, the Village of Mantua will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
