**As of October 31 ,2022, project was awarded to Blue Rok, Inc but awarded amount is not available.** Maple Street Water Line Improvements The deadline for questions is Wednesday, September 14, 2022 2:00PM. All questions submitted in writing shall be answered via the issuing of a written addendum. An addendum shall be issued by Monday, September, 19, 2022. This project consists of replacing approximately 2" Water line with 6" on Maple Street between Houston Avenue and Church Avenue in Live Oak, Florida 32064. Work on this project will consist of the following: - Abandon (cut & cap) existing 2" galvanized water pipe. - Installation of 6" PVC C-900, DR -Approximately 348LF in pavement, 8LF out of pavement - New Installation 2 - 6" Gate Valves w/Valve Box - New Installation of 3 - 1" HDPE w/ 5/8" Meter - New Installation of Fire Hydrant -Connect both ends to existing water mains
