Job No. RM-99-001-22 Various Phase I/II Surveying and Project Management Projects, Various Routes, Various Counties, Region Five/District Nine. This project requires 22% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on October 26, 2022 at 9:00 AM at the Region Five/District Nine Office in Carbondale Phase I/II surveying services are required for various design and land acquisition projects throughout District Nine. Work Orders under the blanket agreement will be negotiated and authorized on an as-needed basis. The estimated engineering fee for this project is $200,000. The completion date for this project will be 36 months after authorization to proceed The Prime firm must be prequalified in the Special Services (Surveying) category to be considered for this project Statements of Interest, including resumes of the key people noted above, must be submitted electronically to the Central Bureau of Design and Environment through the Engineering Prequalification and Agreement System (EPAS).
