Trades Paint for Game Court Resurfacing Deadline for Questions & Clarifications JULY 27, 2022, 2:00 PM PREVAILING CST Approximate award date 08/18/2022 12:00 AM (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada) Bidders are to email any questions about the specifications to Shane McKee Bid deposits, if required, may be attached electronically to the bid on the County's Vendor Self Service site. A bid deposit must be delivered in the form of a bond that is sealed or stamped and made payable to St. Louis CountyTreasurer for the measure of liquidated damages that the County will sustain. The proceeds of the bond will become the property of the County if for any reason the Bidder: i. Withdraws its bid after the opening of the bids and prior to the time a formal written agreement evidencing the contract has been signedand delivered to the County, whether or not the Bidder at the time of such withdrawal has been designated as the successful bidder, or ii. Upon written notification of the award of the contract to the Bidder,the Bidder fails to properly sign and deliver to the County within ten days a performance bond, if required, and the written Agreement formally evidencing the terms of the Invitation for Bids and their bidsubmitted. LABOR AND MATERIAL BOND Bond must be equal to 100% of the total amount payable by terms of the contract. The County reserves the right to reject all bids and to cancel this solicitation
