This document constitutes a request for competitive quotes for the provision of janitorial services for the state-leased building(s) located in Poplar Bluff, Missouri as set forth herein. The contractor shall provide janitorial services for the Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction, (hereinafter referred to as the "state agency"), in accordance with the provisions and requirements specified herein, for the following building: 2155 North Westwood Blvd, Poplar Bluff, Missouri Contract Period: Effective Date of Contract through One Year The tenants of the facility located at 2155 North Westwood Boulevard, consist of but is not limited to the Department of Natural Resources, Missouri Department of Revenue, and the Office of Administration. a) The building is approximately 7,362 total square feet. b) There are approximately 40 employees with approximately 150 clients/visitors per week. . c) A current service agreement exists for the above locations at $1775.00 with Scripter Janitorial. Questions and issues relating to the RFQ must be directed to the procurement specialist. It is preferred that questions be e-mailed to the procurement supervisor at Jason.Kolks@oa.mo.gov. The original contract period shall be as stated on the Notice of Award. The contract shall not bind, nor purport to bind, the state for any contractual commitment in excess of the original contract period. The Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction shall have the right, at its sole option, to renew the contract for two (2) additional one-year periods, or any portion thereof. In the event the Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction exercises such right, all terms and conditions, requirements and specifications of the contract shall remain the same and apply during renewal periods.
