The City of Concord, New Hampshire wishes to engage the services of two (2) qualified Construction Managers ("CM") to provide the City with construction management services on an on-call basis for a period up to 5 years. Each CM submitting qualification statements must be lawfully engaged in the practice of general contracting and construction management in the State of New Hampshire and provide a certificate of good standing from the Corporate Division of the New Hampshire Secretary of State. Projects which the selected Construction Manager are envisioned to work on include, but are not limited to, the following "Primary Projects": o CIP #567 Canal Street Riverfront Park; and, o CIP #107 New Beaver Meadow Golf Course Club House. Both projects are discussed in detail herein. In addition to the "Primary Projects", the City shall reserve the ability to contract directly with either of the selected CMs for so-called "additional Capital Improvement Projects" described within this RFQU&E, as well as "on-call services" for preconstruction and construction services whenever deemed within the City's best interests to do so. Each CM submitting qualification statements must be lawfully engaged in the practice of general contracting and construction management in the State of New Hampshire and provide a certificate of good standing from the Corporate Division of the New Hampshire Secretary of State. An overview of the project documents available to date are provided at the end of this Request for Qualifications and Experience (RFQU&E). The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and Experience, or any part thereof; to waive any formality, informality, information and/or errors in the statement; to accept the statement considered to be in the best interest of the City; or to purchase on the open market if it is considered in the best interest of the City to do so.
