Project 1 (CDM# 8553) The home has knob & tube wiring in the attic. The desire is to insulate the attic with blown cellulose. The goal is to replace the wiring in the attic, include drops to switches and outlets. Project 2 (CDM# 8570) The home has knob & tube wiring in an eave attic. The desire is to insulate the attic with blown cellulose. The goal is to replace the wiring in the one portion of the attic. From its origin in the attic run the slope to the peak attic to a light located there. The run is estimated at less than 40. Clarification deadline 8/8/2022 2:00 PM The County Point of Contact for this quote/project is Donn Falconer. All questions regarding this quote/project should be submitted electronically No pre-bid meeting has been set up for this request for quotation. A bid bond will not be required for this work. Contract Time: The notice to proceed will be issued within five (5) to ten (10) calendar days of the execution of the Contract by the County. Should there be reasons why the notice to proceed cannot be issued within such period, the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the County and Contractor. All project work shall be completed within 60 calendar days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed by the County.
