The following pages summarize the scope of work and requirements for the proposal. This project shall include construction of new bridge abutments and approaches, relocation of the existing bridge to the new abutments, removal of the existing wooden abutments, relocation of utilities currently located on the existing bridge (including necessary tie ins), and reconstruction of cart path tie- ins to stakes lines and grades as shown in the plans developed and submitted by the successful Proposing Firm and approved by the Owner.
