The Municipality of Bluewater is seeking submissions from qualified bidders to replace two rooftop HVAC units with air conditioning: one HVAC unit at the Hensal arena and one unit at the Zurich arena. One (1) HVAC at each facility will replaced at the following locations: - Hensall Arena: 157 Oxford Street West, Hensall, ON - Zurich Arena: 15 East Street, Zurich, ON For Rooftop HVAC unit location and building mechanical drawings see the appendices as attached to this tender. Plan holders are encouraged to book a site visit with municipal staff. Any missed specification items related to the site location are at the responsibility of the contractor.
