Dakota County is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to complete a lighting inverter replacement project at the Dakota Communications Center in Rosemount. The contractor is responsible for the following: Remove and replace the existing Lighting Inverter with a new 10 kw unit and battery cabinet. The Complete Combined Scope of work for this project is outlined in Exhibit A. (See Exhibit A) The Combined Electrical Drawings for this project are outlined in Exhibit B. (See Exhibit B) Substantial completion of this project will be March 24th 2023. All work to be completed by April 14th 2023. All hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week shall be paid at the rate of one and one half (1 1/2 ) times basic hourly rate. Note: Overtime pay after eight (8) hours on the project must be paid even if the worker does not exceed forty (40) hours in the work week.
