For the annual bid for securing polyethylene and polypropylene pipe for the DeSoto County Department of Road Management under the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors The bid period is one year with the option to renew for an additional one year upon agreement of the parties. All bids must comply with the specifications provided. DeSoto County reserves the right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets from the DeSoto County Office of Procurement. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities. Only questions which change the scope of the bid documents will be considered for addendum.
