Pavement Removal 2,012 S.Y. 8" Aggregate Base - Type AB-3 1,917 S.Y. 8" Asphaltic Concrete (BM-2A) 1,887 S.Y. 4" Concrete Sidewalk, 4' Wide 659 S.F. Copies of the project drawings and project manual are on file and open for public inspection at the office from which they may be obtained and the office of the Contracts & Procurement Division. Electronic Copies: No Charge. Electronic copies (PDF's) of the bid documents (plans and specifications) and any addenda are available using the Topeka e-procurement system, TOPEKA ePro. Register online All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. The original bid security shall be in the office of Contracts and Procurement Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder within the limitations oftheCode ofthe City of Topeka.
