Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hazelridge, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Excavation for pathways; (b) Excavate and relocate suitable clay fill from existing pathway at King's Park; (c) Import clean clay fill for raised pathway at King's Park; (d) Subgrade compaction; (e) Material testing; (f) Installation of geotextile and geogrid; (g) Installation and compaction of pathway granular base materials; (h) Installation of culvert with rip rap and two culverts without rip rap; (i) Installation of asphalt surfacing; and (j) Installation of topsoil and sod.
