Daviess County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified vendor to replace the screw down metal roof of the Moseleyville Volunteer Fire Station. The project will include removal of the existing roof, insulation as needed from damage, gable and trim, and the replacement of gutters and downspouts as needed. Project shall include the following: a. Removal and replacement of the existing screw down metal roof. b. Insulation as needed from damage - only the damaged insulation will be replaced. Existing insulation in good condition will remain. c. Gable and trim. d. Contractor shall supply all fasteners/screws. e. Contractor shall supply a linear per foot price for gutters and downspouts (commercial grade to match existing gutters and downspouts) on the bid form in the event they are needed. f. Contractor shall include the replacement of all deck tight roof penetration boots in the total bid price. g. County will supply one (1) dumpster at the work site. Metal removed from the building will be stacked neatly and secured out of the way of traffic. h. Provide closures.
