In addition to the tunnel expansion joint replacements, rehabilitation work for elements adjacent to the targeted expansion joints, such as: masonry brick repairs, concrete slab replacement, window repairs, replacement sealants, and waterproofing/parging repairs to the walls must be carried out. Work must be completed within (12) weeks of contract award. The anticipated expenditures for this contract fall into the following category: $100,001 to $1,000,000 MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: This procurement is subject to various mandatory security requirements. At contract award, the Bidder must hold [a Designated Organization Verification (VOD) / Facility Security Clearance valid at the Reliability Status level] in effect. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the bid non-responsive and no further consideration will be given to the bid.
