Renovation of a parking garage in Asheville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

**As of September 23, 2022, project was awarded to Western Carolina Garage Door but awarded amount is not available.** The City of Asheville is requesting the submission of qualified contractors to provide garage (emergency) repair services for the listed locations within Asheville, NC. The City of Asheville requires the assistance of a contractor to perform garage repair services on a work order basis, this is an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract proposal not to exceed $30,000. Scope of Work - The ability to make assessments and needed repairs to various garage doors in COA Buildings. Repairs to include but not limited to replacing broken springs, hinges, rollers, tracks, motors, operators, safety controls, remote controllers, signal extenders, door panels, windows etc. In addition to the above, the contract will provide each of the following services: 2 hour response time for Fire Departments Non Fire Departments: If the garage door shuts, then 24 hrs response time If the garage door does not shut, then response time should be by the end of the day Nights and weekend Stock parts at each location and maintain inventory. The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities. By submitting a bid, the Prospective Contractor certifies that if awarded the Contract, they and their subcontractors shall comply with the City's Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
